The Role

As a

Sales Team Leader

, you'll inspire and lead a team of talented sales professionals, helping them exceed targets and deliver outstanding results. You'll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and ensuring that every customer enjoys a top-tier experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass targets. Driving a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and support. Monitoring key performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance results. Ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless leasing experience. Collaborating with senior management to shape and implement sales strategies. Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the car leasing or automotive industry. A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets. Strong leadership and coaching abilities to empower your team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A customer-first approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-80,000.00 per year
