We are seeking a dynamic Counter Sales Representative with automotive knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a clean and organised sales counter area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong phone etiquette
- Proficient in time management
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is essential
