Principal Duties

To greet customers in a polite and professional manner.

To provide a high-quality rental service, to meet customer requirements and to promote the Company's services and products to all potential customers.

Handle all telephone and face to face enquires.

Perform vehicle handover to customers informing them of all relevant information.

To deal with all the administrative tasks required of role professionally.

Occasionally collect and deliver vehicles to customers/other sites/dealerships.

You will devote the whole of your time, attention & ability to your duties, work diligently & promote the interests of the Company.

Person Specification

Essential

Possess a Valid & Full Drivers License with no more than 3 points.

Computer Literate

Must have an excellent understanding of Written and Verbal English

Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone

Ability to build rapport with customers/other staff and to understand their vehicle hire needs.

To be dressed professionally

Ability to multitask with outstanding problem-solving skills

Desirable

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent

Ability to prioritise and achieve tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure

Previous Vehicle Hire experience and knowledge of another vehicle hire booking system would be an advantage.

Prior Customer Service Experience.

Must be a team player and have excellent team building, management, and relationship skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.22-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
