Job Description

Fleeto are expanding their workforce and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Administrator to join the team. In this varied role, you will work closely with the sales team and fleet department to effectively support the operational aspect of the business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong administration skills.

Responsibilities:



Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Inbound/outbound call handling Process customer bookings accurately and efficiently on the booking platform Process fine payments and transfers Respond to customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Skills Required



Excellent customer service Attention to detail Work well under pressure Be a team player Time management Allocate workload effectively due to priority tasks

Experience



Administration experience essential Previous experience in car hire an advantage Full training provided

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
