29,500 - 32,500 per annum + Benefits

Waltham Abbey

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm (1-hour lunch) Saturday mornings, 9:00am - 12:00pm Half a day off during the week in lieu of Saturday mornings*

The Role

As a Car Rental Executive( Car Hire), you'll be the friendly face of our car hire service, making sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience. You'll be responsible for:

Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the rental process Maximising bookings by upselling additional products and services to achieve revenue and profit goals Handling vehicle handovers, payments, and damage checks accurately Managing rental administration (agreements, emails, fleet data etc.) Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for hire Providing occasional support to other local sites, including driving vehicles between branches
What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual & automatic), held for at least 2 years Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach Good attention to detail and accurate administration skills Positive, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous customer service, sales, or rental experience
(Full training will be provided)
