. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated
Sales Administrator
to support our busy Sales team within the Administration Department.
This is a varied and rewarding role where accuracy, organisation and customer focus are key.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital part in the vehicle sales process, ensuring all associated administration duties are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Sales team, putting customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales department
Ensure all paperwork relating to new and used vehicle sales is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
Accurately order vehicles and manage registration numbers and vehicle taxation
Invoice vehicles and register manufacturer warranties
Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and audit standards achieved
Maintain full compliance with Retail Sales Policy, highlighting any concerns or variances
Deliver industry-leading standards of customer care at all times
About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to plan and manage your own workload to meet tight deadlines
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Competent using spreadsheets and in-house computer systems
Conscientious, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure
Experience Required
Previous Sales Administration experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
Strong administration background is essential
Working knowledge of commercial database systems
Excellent typing, data entry and general administration skills
