Summary

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Hammond Cars Ltd. This role is based across our retail locations and is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through the buying process, ensuring they feel confident and satisfied with their choices.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations. Guide customers through the entire car buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales revenue. Maintain an organized sales environment, ensuring all vehicles are presented attractively. Manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in automotive retail. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Experience with sales management software is advantageous but not essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
