Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions. Maintain an organised sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers. Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including paperwork and documentation. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success. Utilise phone etiquette to effectively communicate with clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing options to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is welcoming and well-presented.

Experience

Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with customers effectively. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Administrative experience is beneficial for handling paperwork associated with vehicle sales. Bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable as they can cater to a diverse clientele.
