The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, well-organised, and customer-focused

Sales Executive / Sales Advisor

with a genuine passion for cars and the motor industry. If you're motivated by high earnings, personal growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding, professional service to every customer. Build lasting relationships both in person and over the phone. Present yourself and our vehicles in a polished and confident manner. Offer tailored solutions, including finance, insurance, and protection products. Maintain consistent communication with customers from enquiry to delivery. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets. Embrace a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

Proven background in face-to-face retail sales. Experience selling insurance and finance products. Strong customer service orientation. Full UK driving licence. Computer literate and tech-savvy.

Desirable Attributes:

Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Motivated, resilient, and goal-driven. Professional appearance and manner. Understanding of FCA compliance.
