Due to ongoing expansion, we have several vacancies in our new call centre for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethos and a passion for sales, with the motivation to help our nationwide customer base find their next car.
The successful applicants will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries relating to products and vehicles along with contacting customers to assist with their online finance applications/purchase reservations....no cold calling involved! We're looking for someone with the ability to interact with customers to understand their needs and find the most suitable car from our 250+ cars in stock... and if we haven't got it we'll find it!
Responsibilities
Deal with 100+ customer enquiries daily.
Contacting customers relating to online finance applications to understand their needs and guide them through our hassle free sales process.
Confirming customer purchase details.
Handle customer service queries.
Offering advice and support throughout the sales process, from application through to customer collection/delivery.
Closing deals and offering additional warranty products.
Following company compliance requirements.
Job specifics
Hours - 45 hours a week.
OTE - 50000/year.
Office based in our Accrington Call Centre.
Reporting to the Call Centre Team Manager.
Weekend availability required.
Onsite parking.
Located in the town centre with access to shops and transport links.
