USED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE - WHIZZ AUTOS



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team at Whizz Autos as a Used Car Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive, you will leave no stone unturned when it comes to delivering on promises and exceeding customer expectations. From the initial enquiry until the car has been delivered, you'll be responsible for organizing the end-to-end customer journey and ensuring they leave with the best possible impression of their buying journey and of our business.

As a new employee, all the training will be provided to ensure you have everything you need to do the job to your best of your ability. You won't be left alone from day 1, you will get the time and training required to learn the process. The job is not just about selling cars, it is about providing quality service to all our customers both during and after the sale. We pride ourselves on our after care and how we handle any issues post sale.

You will also be expected to assist with the day to day running and onsite tasks required, such as assisting with dropping and picking cars up from various locations including workshops, ensuring cars are priced correctly in the windows and standards are maintained ready for viewings.

WHO WE ARE


Whizz Autos are a used car dealership based in Harlow, Essex. We are a relatively new business starting in the summer of 2023 and have gone from strength to strength since we opened our doors, selling hundreds of vehicles and getting excellent customer feedback from our service. We strongly believe our customer service separates us from our competitors.

At our base in Harlow, we are looking for a Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team and assist us with managing customer enquiries and appointments and the day to day running of the business. We have major growth plans over the coming years and we are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who wants to be part of a new and growing business and who wants to grow with us into more senior positions in the future.

Enthusiastic, driven and committed to the best possible customer service. This is the only option if we are to maintain our reputation that we pride ourselves on.

You will be responsible for dealing with, and building relationships with, our customers both new and existing, so you must have the ability to build rapport and deliver on these high expectations. We are not looking for someone that over-promises and under-delivers.

You must be organised, able to work and think clearly under pressure. You must deliver on your promises to customers and be available to work flexible hours.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to grow with the high growth of our business that we plan to achieve over the coming years.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED



Previous sales experience may be helpful but is not essential as full training will be provided. The right attitude is far more important to us. Confident and positive manner both on the telephone and in person. Ability to build rapport with our customers. Highly organised. Able to prioritise your workload. Able to work under pressure. Good decision making capacity. Basic understanding of IT and Microsoft systems. Be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE



The starting salary offered for this position will be 25,000. An aggressive and achievable commission structure will be introduced to enable you to earn on top of your salary. The earning potential of the role is in excess of 45,000. Frequent salary increases and bonuses are available based on good performance and meeting performance and growth targets. Promotion opportunities as our business grows. Full training on our sales process and systems.

Please note due to the nature of the role and insurance requirements, we can only consider applicants with a full UK driving license that enables you to drive both manual and automatic cars with no penalty points, and be over the age of 25.
