Car Sales & Customer Service Executive ( Full-Time)(Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Car Sales & Warranty Sales Take high-quality photos of vehicles for marketing and inventory purposes Offer and conduct test drives for customers when required Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in person and via phone/email Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and data entry Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages Support other departments as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Weekend availability required

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 1 years

Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail and timekeeping Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn Previous experience in customer service or sales is

preferred

Education & Experience:

A-Level or equivalent (Preferred) 2+ years in customer service (Preferred) Previous experience in automotive/car sales (Desirable)
