About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles, tailored to customer needs
Follow up and convert leads from the customer database (CRM)
Provide expert advice on finance and insurance products
Listen to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales progress
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people
Proven sales experience (2+ years) in a target-driven environment
Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert database leads into sales
Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable to fast-paced environments
Confident knowledge of new and used vehicle makes, models and technologies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
Full valid driving licence
What you will need to succeed:
Drive and determination to meet personal and team targets
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Confidence in advising customers on both new and used vehicle features, specifications and advanced technologies.
Commitment to learning and staying updated with product and market knowledge
Proven ability to use CRM/database tools to track and close sales opportunities
