We're looking for a motivated, outgoing

Car Salesman & Marketing Assistant

to join our growing dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves cars, and has an interest in marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

Sales

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Conduct test drives and close sales Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Marketing

Assist with social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, etc.) Help photograph and list vehicles online Support promotions, ads, and special sales events Respond to online inquiries and messages Help maintain the dealership's online presence and brand image

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience preferred (auto sales a plus, but not required) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and basic computer systems Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license Professional appearance and positive attitude
