Duties
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to discuss vehicle options and finance deals
Receiving inbound calls and leads on vehicles
Promoting our range of vehicles, services, and special offers
Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations
Following up on leads and enquiries to convert into sales opportunities
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with customers and handling objections
A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit targets
Previous telesales or automotive experience is preferred but not essential
