Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join SKV Motors as a Vehicle Valeter, Appraisal & Logistics Assistant. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to a high standard, photographed for marketing, appraised on arrival, and collected/delivered between locations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out full interior and exterior valeting of vehicles to professional standards. Take high-quality photographs of vehicles for online listings and advertising. Appraise vehicles on arrival, noting condition, mileage, and any visible defects. Collect and deliver vehicles from customers, auctions, and other locations. Move vehicles safely and efficiently between sites. Perform basic vehicle checks (tyres, fuel, lights, cleanliness) prior to handover. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site and working area.

Requirements

Proven experience in car valeting or a similar automotive role (essential). Knowledge of vehicle appraisal/inspection processes (training can be provided if needed). Full UK driving licence. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills.
