We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Car Detailers In a car dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of our service.
Duties
Thoroughly wash, wax, and polish vehicles to enhance their appearance.
Vacuum and shampoo interiors, including carpets and upholstery.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity.
Apply protective coatings to paintwork and interiors as necessary.
Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing area and equipment.
Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required.
Occasional jobs of driving cars to and from customers.
Experience
Previous experience in car detailing or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills.
A valid driving licence is required to operate customer vehicles safely.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are crucial for success in this role.
