Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and operating various cleaning equipment. A passion for cars and a commitment to delivering quality service are essential for success in this position.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned thoroughly. Perform manual cleaning tasks, including washing, waxing, and vacuuming vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues before and after the wash process. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including tools and equipment. Provide information about services offered and promote additional services to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Basic driving skills to operate customer vehicles safely during the wash process. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
