Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Car Wash Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned to a high standard. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, maintaining the appearance of vehicles and assisting customers with their needs. Previous experience in janitorial services or customer service is advantageous, and a valid driving licence is preferred. The position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles to company standards Manage daily administrative tasks such as emails, marketing & meetings Greet customers courteously and assist with any questions or requests Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including organising supplies and ensuring the workspace is tidy Drive customer vehicles into designated washing bays when necessary Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify any damages or issues before washing Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation of equipment and movement of vehicles Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally

Requirements

Valid driving licence preferred, with good driving skills Previous car cleaning experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Good organisational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the work area Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and manoeuvring vehicles

Pay: 24,500.00-40,000.00 per year
