Park Warden position including accommodation
A unique position has become available for park wardens on a Holiday Park in East Runton, Norfolk. This position would be ideal for a semi-retired couple, with previous caravan experience.
As park wardens you will oversee the safety & security on the park. Duties would include providing 24-hour emergency call outs (During season March to November), these could include (not limited to) water leaks, boiler issues, electric tripping, ensuring public spaces are kept clean & tidy, unlocking/locking the onsite laundry and library, Manning the onsite reception 6 days a week.
If the candidate wishes, there may also be the opportunity to work alongside the Holiday Home sales team, on a commission basis, which can be discussed at interviews.
Time off to be discussed at interview. You would also be required to provide day off/holiday cover for the park wardens at Gold Coast Holiday Park.
There is no salary involved in the job, as this is substituted for year-round on-site accommodation, including bills. Accommodation is a superb lodge with private garden.
Alongside the above positions there is also the opportunity for one of the park wardens to work on a part-time or full-time contract as Maintenance across both Hazelbury & Gold Coast Holiday Park.
This role would include (not limited to)
Grass cutting, Strimming, Caravan repairs, Plumbing, Moving & Siting Holiday Homes, Painting General Maintenance of Holiday Homes. This position would meet the national minimum wage.
