Job Description

Stratheck is part of the Cove UK family, a holiday park nestled between Benmore and Loch Eck, set in a stunning mountainside location, just a short distance from Dunoon, the Cowal Peninsula with the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National park.

Key Responsibilities:



Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness Responsible for utilising and actioning allocated leads to generate appointments so to maximise all sales opportunities and create a strong value chain Ensure all contact and appointment boards are up to date daily Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators) as set by Holiday Home Sales Manager (SM) Implement any marketing activity as defined by SM to maximise the opportunities in both new and part exchange business Ensure presentation and dressing of the sales fleet is maintained to the required standard Ensure presentation of the Showground is maintained to the required standard Utilise all systems available to maintain a customer database to facilitate future sales opportunities Ensure all administration is completed and filed to deadline Explore financing arrangements with the prospective customer and deal with any financial matters in a confidential way Ensure compliance with all aspects of Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, SAFE and caravan sales guidelines Organise own time in the most effective and productive way Ensure appropriate information is inserted in the "Welcome Packs" Ensure the Sales Office depicts a professional, clean, and tidy, but welcoming environment

Experience/Skills Required:



Excellent communication skills The ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills Smart appearance and adhere to dress standards Professional and outgoing personality Good IT skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Flexible work ethic
