Are you hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to lead a hardworking team? We're looking for a motivated
Siting and Maintenance Team Leader
to help keep our holiday parks running smoothly and our owners' holiday homes and hire fleet in top condition!
In this exciting, varied role, you'll support multiple parks--leading the siting team, coordinating caravan moves, and ensuring every home and pitch is safe, secure, and presented to the highest standard. If you love working outdoors, solving problems, and delivering great service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You'll Be Doing
Site Maintenance
Carry out routine inspections and repairs on holiday homes
Ensure utilities and amenities are fully functional
Resolve maintenance issues promptly and professionally
Caravan Siting & Transportation
Safely tow and relocate static caravans using designated equipment
Ensure all moves follow safety procedures and run to schedule
Work closely with the team to deliver smooth, efficient siting operations
Site Preparation
Assess and prepare pitches before relocations
Ensure sites are level, secure, and meet safety standards
Plan and coordinate with General Managers to deliver seamless operations
Teamwork & Communication
Coordinate tasks with your team and wider departments
Liaise with caravan owners and residents regarding moves
Provide clear guidance and support during siting operations
Utility Maintenance
Inspect and maintain water, sewage, and electrical systems
Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs
Guest Interaction
Deliver friendly, professional service when assisting guests
Offer helpful advice and support regarding holiday home facilities
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety procedures during maintenance and transportation
Report hazards and keep the park safe for all
Record Keeping
Keep accurate maintenance records and assist with reports
Help develop preventative maintenance plans
...Plus any other duties needed to support the smooth running of the parks.
What You'll Bring
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general maintenance
Experience with caravan/trailer transportation and siting
Confidence using towing vehicles and hand/power tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, team-first attitude
