We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Cardiologist to join our esteemed cardiology department. The successful candidate will be integral in providing comprehensive cardiac care, from diagnosis to treatment and long-term management.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage a comprehensive range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease. Perform, interpret, and report on diagnostic procedures such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based, individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including cardiac surgeons, radiologists, electrophysiologists, and primary care physicians. Actively participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and teaching to junior medical staff, fellows, and trainees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Medical degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a recognized specialty training program in Cardiology. Board certification (or international equivalent) in Cardiology. Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration. Proven clinical experience in either interventional or non-interventional cardiology, commensurate with the role. Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Must be willing to relocate to Canada. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are provided.
