We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngologist) to join our dynamic surgical department. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an exceptional opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while utilizing advanced diagnostic and surgical technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with conditions of the ears, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage a comprehensive range of otolaryngological conditions, including sinus disorders, hearing loss, tonsillar and adenoidal disease, voice and swallowing disorders, and head and neck pathologies. Perform and interpret diagnostic examinations, including nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and audiological evaluations. Perform a variety of surgical procedures, which may include endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and septorhinoplasty (sub-specialty interest can be accommodated). Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for both adult and pediatric patients. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, oncologists, radiologists, and primary care physicians. Actively participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuous professional development (CPD). Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and teaching to junior doctors, residents, and medical students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Medical degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a recognized specialty training program in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. Board certification (or international equivalent) in ENT. Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration. Proven clinical and surgical experience in otolaryngology. A sub-specialty interest (e.g., Otology, Rhinology, Laryngology) is highly advantageous. Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Must be willing to relocate to Canada. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are provided.
