Are you passionate about helping people live independently in their own homes? We're looking for Reablement Care and Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Scarborough.
As part of our Reablement service, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in the community, helping them regain and maximise their independence following an assessment of their needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing hands-on care and support in the community.
Encouraging and enabling people to live independently.
Giving regular feedback to managers to help assess progress.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
Willingness to work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends (between 7am and 10pm).
A caring, compassionate approach and a genuine desire to help others.
Training & Development:
Full training will be provided, no prior experience required for this role. We can support you with training and learning and give you the opportunity to complete a Level 2 Diploma in Social Care (or equivalent)
