Job Description

- Care Assessor

Employed or Self Employed (Ad Hoc)

130 Day Rate (Plus 45p mile & Food)

NVQ Level 3

DBS Enhanced

We are looking for:

Someone passionate about putting people first.

At least 3 years experience working in community care (24 hour care ideally).

Organisational and time management skills.

A good understanding of CQC regulations.

Superb communication skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and their families.

NVQ Level 3

Full clean driving licence with access to vehicle (or vehicle may be provided)

Job Specification

Meeting Clients undertaking assessments working closely with Care Team.

Developing Care Plans and risk assessments, fortnightly reviews.

Undertaking observations, spot checks and Quality Assurance Completing and updating Care Records - Using Company Software.

Assisting the Registered Manager to deliver high quality care Manage on-call as and when required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 130.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
