About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Istaffhub ltd is looking for committed and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) who are eager to build meaningful relationships with the residents, to join our supportive team in providing high-quality care to older adults.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and
mealtimes

Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families Maintaining accurate care records and working closely with the wider care team

Experience

Previous experience in a care role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping is beneficial. A good command of English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Experience in within a care home setting is desirable but not mandatory. To be able to start by 7am
