What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your role will include:
Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, continence care)
Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility aids and ensuring clients' safety
Encouraging independence, dignity, and respect in everything you do
Recording care provided and updating daily logs accurately
About You
We're looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people who genuinely want to help others.
Caring nature and positive attitude
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential, full training provided
Reliable transport and a valid driving licence are required
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
If not qualified, we'll support you to complete the Care Certificate within 6 months
