Job Description

All Saints DC Limited Care is a domiciliary community care company in The Vale of Glamorgan. We support individuals to live independent lives within their own home by providing care and support.

The role of a support care worker includes:

Providing support and care for our service users within their own homes

Supporting and assisting with personal care.

Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks. Supporting your service user with their hobbies and social interests.
