Care Assistant (Days) -- Degree Entry Programme

Our home has been recently refurbished to create a modern, dementia-friendly environment and is supported by user-friendly technology, including Electronic Care Planning and eMARs, to help maintain excellent standards of care.

We are an independently owned nursing home set in a picturesque location. We specialise in delivering exceptional person-centred care to residents with both nursing and mental health needs.

Role Requirements

Part-time or full-time positions available Weekend and Bank Holiday working required, with fair rota allocation Provide high-quality personal care Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and overall wellbeing Work in accordance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Maintain accurate and professional documentation Work effectively as part of a team while also using your own initiative Support residents living with advanced dementia, including those who may present with behaviours that challenge. The role requires patience, attentiveness, and a genuinely caring nature.
