We're looking for

compassionate and reliable Care Assistants

to join our growing, award-winning team. In this role, you will deliver essential, high-quality care tailored to each Client's needs, while enjoying the support of a friendly and professional working environment.

Requirements for the Care Assistant Role:

Availability:

Early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

Driving:

Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence with your own vehicle.

Insurance:

Willing to obtain Class 1 car business insurance.

Passion:

Genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

Teamwork:

Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well with colleagues.

Typical Care Assistant Duties:

Helping Clients enjoy meaningful daily routines. Providing personal care and assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming. Administering medication (full training provided). Shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Escorting Clients to appointments, activities, and social events.
