Summary

We are seeking a part-time female care assistant to join our team at G & P Healthcare. This role is vital in supporting our wonderful client with Autism to live the best life she can in her own home

HOURS

24 hours per week 2 x 12 hours 8am to 8pm

AREA OF WORK

Clients own home in Bedlington area

Responsibilities

Assist the client with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Communicate effectively with the client to understand her needs and preferences. Work with our care plans and risk assessments to keep the client safe Maintain accurate records of client care and progress. Provide emotional support with patience and understanding Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Medication admistration and other health tasks that you will be trained to do.

Requirements

Experience in home care or a similar role is essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with the client and her family

Ability to drive is a must as client has her own car
