Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable

Care Assistants

to join our dedicated night team at our nursing home in Plymouth. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents, providing essential support and companionship throughout the night.

, you will be a vital part of our

healthcare

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to elderly residents during the night, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times. Assist residents with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting. Support residents with mobility and help them get comfortable in bed. Conduct regular checks on residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and well-being. Assist with serving evening drinks and early morning breakfasts. Work as part of a supportive team under the guidance of senior

Staff Nurses

and the

Clinical Lead

. Help to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Build positive and reassuring relationships with residents, offering companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications & Experience Required

A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine interest in working in

elderly care

. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. No formal qualifications are required; full training will be provided. The right to work in the UK is essential (No sponsorship is available).
