As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in need. Duties

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that the living environment is clean, safe, and conducive to the well-being of clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families. Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring care, with a strong desire to make a difference in their lives. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and following care plans. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to care provision. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
