About the job:

As a Care Assistant (Carer) you will be involved in all aspects of our residents' individual, personal care and encourage residents to participate in recreational activities, supporting them to lead a dignified and fulfilling life.

We will help you to deliver the highest standards of person-centered care whilst respecting clients' independence and choice. We can help you fast-track the DBS completion process also.

About you:

You don't need any previous experience or qualifications to be a Health Care Assistant, although it will be considered a plus if you do. Much more important are your personal qualities and values. You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring and an effective communicator, equally comfortable to act on instructions or work on your own initiative. Compliance training is available for all successful applications.

Experience carers with up-to-date DBS and training can start immediately.

Valid Uk Drivers license is an added advantage
