Here at All Care we have an on-going need for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team and help fulfil the requirements in the Reading community.



The ideal candidate for this role will be punctual, reliable, caring, patient and motivated to make a difference to our clients lives.

Responsibilities:

Travelling to clients home to provide the highest level of care to each individual Health and Wellbeing such as administering medication Preparing meals for clients Observing, monitoring and record keeping Encouraging and support clients in day to day tasks Performing light housekeeping tasks Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, toileting, dressing etc.

What we offer YOU:

Full PAID training provided - 4 day training is mandatory upon offer

12.60 per hour weekdays, 12.75 per hour weekends & 18.00 per hour on bank holidays

Mileage is paid at 40p per mile from your first client to your last

Refer a friend scheme - 250 per referral

Employer pension, great discount via Blue Light Card

28 days annual leave - pro rata
