Umbrella Health Care are looking for compassionate and dedicated self-employed Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes a cross Castle Point, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance.

We're currently looking for care assistants that are available to work at least every other weekend. Driving licence not essential!

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Support clients in following their individual care plans to meet their specific needs. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous but not mandatory as full training is provided. Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with the team. A valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle is advantageous but not essential A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.
