Whether you have previous experience in care or not, we'll provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your warmth, empathy, and willingness to help others.

Unlike many care providers, we believe in giving carers and clients the time to build real relationships. That's why our visits last a minimum of one hour, allowing you to provide care that is unrushed, personal, and meaningful.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay:

13.25 - 18.75

Paid travel time between clients Mileage allowance at 35p per mile Enhanced pay for bank holidays Loyalty pay and "refer a friend" scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive, friendly management team

Your Role Will Include:

Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and help with shopping Light household tasks Personal care and medication support Encouraging social activities and outings

About You:

No prior care experience needed - full training provided Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle Eligible to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship) A caring, patient and understanding nature with great listening skills
