Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality care in our community.

This position will lead to being a Care Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for care, ensuring our Clients receive personalised support tailored to their individual needs.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing Care Plans, Supervising Staff, and maintaining effective communication with Clients, Families, and other Healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Meet new Clients to do the initial Assessment Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each clients. Set up the package of Care and introduce Care Staff to the clients Supervise and support care staff Communicate effectively with clients and their families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and interventions as needed. Maintain accurate records on clients and staff Conduct regular assessments of clients needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence for all clients

Qualifications

You MUST have SVQ3 in Health and Social Care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
