Induction

Do you live within 15 miles of Debenham or Stowmarket/ Mendlesham? Are you looking for part time work over evenings and every other weekend? Working as a carer is such a rewarding career, working for a company who truly value their staff. Full training is given. All staff are required to work every other weekend.

Rate of pay 14.50 per hour plus travel time between visits at national minimum wage, we also pay mileage between client visits at 25p per mile.

The Position:

We are looking for Care workers to deliver compassionate person-centred care to our clients within their own homes. Our aim is to support clients to live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support. Assist with moving, positioning. Manage continence care. Food preparation and cooking Perform housekeeping tasks. Offer Companionship Assist with taking clients to appointments or days out Help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support our clients health and wellbeing

Requirements:

All applicants must have a valid driving license and access to your own car is required. Applicants must be able to work some weekends Applicants must live in a 15 miles radius of Debenham or Stowmarket or Mendlesham No prior experience necessary; we offer full training.

All staff are required to have business class 1 on their insurance We carry out an Enhanced DBS on all staff
