We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Home Branch Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with team leadership experience in the care sector who is ready to take the next step into a branch management position. You'll be supported by senior leadership and receive guidance to grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch with support from the Regional Manager
Assist with compliance to ensure services meet CQC and local authority standards
Lead and support care staff, managing rotas and supervising performance
Develop strong relationships with service users, families, and care professionals
Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new care staff
Contribute to service development and ensure high-quality, person-centred care
Monitor care delivery and support risk assessments and care plans
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 5 desirable but not essential - support provided)
Experience:
1 year of supervisory or senior care staff experience in a domiciliary or residential care setting
Skills:
Strong communication and team leadership skills, willing to learn care software systems
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding principles
Other:
A valid UK driving license and access to a car is desirable

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
