About the Role
Home Carers Liverpool are looking for Care Compliance Review Officer due to an increased demand within the business.
Our Compliance review team conduct assessments and create care plans with our new service users and their families ensuring their needs are identified and goals are set
This role boasts NO on call responsibilities working one in every four weekends
Salary: 26,527
Job Opportunity
What will your role as a Compliance Review Officer entail?
Play a key role in ensuring that compliance documents are completed and maintained.
Carry out comprehensive assessments and create care plans with new service users and their families, ensuring their needs are identified and goals are set.
Identify training needs across the company, providing coaching when appropriate.
Ensure CQC standards are maintained often through conducting spot checks.
Monitor medication management using MARS system.
Provide care cover in times of emergency.
Ensure accurate, timely reporting and effective communication across the company!
Liase with Care Coordinators, completing risk assessments as well as completing any RIDDOR when needed.
Attend customer reviews - having clear communication with families
Essential Skills
What are we looking for from you?
Experience in a supervisory position in a care setting
Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
Confident in IT usage
Flexibility to work one out of every four weekends
Level 2 + in Health and Social care
