Purpose



To coordinate, schedule and monitor high-quality care visits, ensuring every client receives the right support, on time, from trained and engaged care professionals, while meeting CQC regulations and performance targets.

Core Responsibilities



Care Planning & Scheduling



Build and maintain accurate, outcome-focused care rotas using electronic scheduling software. Proactively cover sickness, holidays and emergency calls, minimising missed or late visits.

Quality & Compliance



Audit MAR charts, daily logs and e-records; escalate concerns. Support the Registered Manager in preparing for CQC inspections and continuous improvement to achieve an Outstandingrating.

Staff Management & Development



Match Care Professionals to clients based on skills, continuity and personality fit. Conduct supervisions and influence appraisals; identify training needs and collaborate with the HR team to enrol staff members on refresher courses.

Client & Stakeholder Relations



Act as first point of contact for clients, families and multi-disciplinary teams, resolving queries quickly and professionally.

Recruitment & Growth



Liaise with the recruitment team to forecast staffing needs and support branch expansion plans. Promote the service locally and nurture relationships with commissioners and referrers.

Person Specification



Essential



Minimum 18 months in a coordinating role in domiciliary care

Proven rota-building and client-matching expertise.

Experience delivering complex-care packages.

Great stakeholder management skills

Confident user of e?rostering and digital care?planning systems

Excellent communication skills, including fluency in verbal and written English

Full UK driving licence

Person?centred, values?driven and quality?focused

Proactive problem?solver who owns outcomes

Outstanding communication, organisation, problem-solving and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Experience delivering complex-care packages.

Desirable



NVQ Level 3/4

Train-the-Trainer, Moving & Handling, or Medication qualifications.

Knowledge of outcome-based commissioning and KPI reporting

Access to a vehicle

Pay: 28,000.00-29,500.00 per year
