About the Role:

As a Senior Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our care staff, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and ensuring the wellbeing of both clients and team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about care and ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and supervise care staff across multiple care packages Assist with rota planning, spot checks, and client reviews Liaise with service users, families, and professionals Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies Contribute to assessments and care planning Take part in on-call duties as required Progress towards the Care Coordinator role through training and mentoring

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care environment Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive, compassionate, and organised approach Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Compulsory) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
