As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our Management Team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing care staff schedules, maintaining compliance with care standards, liaising with clients and staff, and supporting day-to-day operations of the agency. This role requires strong organisational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage staff rotas using a computerized rostering system Cover care shifts during out-of-hours emergencies when required Supervise and coordinate staff training and development Conduct initial client assessments and care planning Complete all relevant documentation and administrative tasks Maintain regular communication with clients and care staff Perform spot checks to ensure quality and compliance Participate in on-call duties (mornings, evenings, weekends) on a rota basis Provide support to the management team as needed Carry out additional duties in accordance with the full

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care setting Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Strong command of Microsoft Office applications Proven experience using a computerized rostering system Full UK driving licence and access to own transport Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
