26,000 to 28,000 per annum + Mileage Reimbursement at 0.25 per mile + New Business Bonus Scheme

Job Summary

As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will:

Support and Manage

: Lead our Peripatetic Care Assistants, ensuring their effectiveness in delivering care.

Collaborate

: Work closely with our Care Managers to manage care packages and uphold the highest standards.

Ensure Safety

: Support our clinical team in maintaining staff training and competencies to ensure client safety.

Travel

: Be prepared to travel to the Nottingham, with accommodation and meals provided.

Flexibility

- to cover care shifts, in line with the business requirements
About You

You will be an experienced care coordinator, that thrives on problem-solving and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, while maintaining a methodical attention to detail. This role requires you to be flexible and adaptable, able to amend plans at short notice.

Experience

: Background in care, particularly as a Coordinator .

Skills

: Proficient in rota planning and effective communication.

Qualifications

: Hold at least NVQ Level 3 in care with a willingness to complete a management and leadership course.
