What You'll Be Doing:

Inbound and Outbound Calls:

You'll be the voice of our organisation, answering calls and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Booking Appointments:

You'll use our booking software to schedule and manage appointments quickly and accurately.

Delivering a Friendly Service:

We pride ourselves on making every interaction a positive experience. Whether it's answering questions or helping with bookings, you'll bring your best self to every call.

Learning and Growing:

What We're Looking For:

Great Communication Skills:

You should have an excellent phone manner and be able to build rapport quickly with clients.

Tech-Savvy:

You don't need to be a tech expert, but you should be comfortable using computer systems and booking software.
