? Location: Finsbury Park
? Division: Responsive Maintenance - Social Housing Contract
We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Wates team! You'll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.
? Key Responsibilities:

  • ? Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain management
  • ? Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • ?? Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvements
  • ? Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policies
  • ? Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe business
? Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a Co-ordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
