Job Description
We are looking for a Evesham-based part-time Care Coordinator to join our growing care team and oversee care delivery and staff support in a flexible and rewarding role.
13.35/hr + mileage + staff benefits
6 - 10 hours/week, flexible schedule (opportunity for increased hours in future)
Create rotas, support carers, update care plans
Requires 1+ year experience in care coordination or senior care role
Driving licence with own reliable vehicle and local travel essential
