Job Title: Care Coordinator Full Time/Part Time

Location: Birmingham and Sandwell

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa329,000 per annum + on call and care remuneration

Job Type: Fill time/Part-Time \xe2\x80\x93 Permanent

Located in:

Watra Care specialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham ,Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Duties will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
  • Coordinating care packages \xe2\x80\x93 care plans, risk assessments, reviews,compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
  • Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software
  • Dealing with new customer enquiries
Requirements:
  • Have previous experience in the providing care to domicillary sector
  • Be pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service
  • Have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.
  • Our coordinators use software to organise rotas so the successful candidate must be IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
